Ordering your greetings and on hold messages online is fast, easy and affordable. Here is a step-by-step guide.
1. Choose your product.

2. Select a voice.
Choose your favourite voice from our talented team of voice actors. Each voice talent's profile includes an audio sample so you can hear what they sound like.
3. Provide your script.
Enter the text for your audio recording. Your voice-over artist will read this when they are voicing your project. If there are any uncommon words or names, please let us know how to pronounce them properly in the pronunciation guide field. You can also let us know how you’d like the voice talent to voice your script. For example, conversational, excited, professional, relaxed, etc.
4. Choose your file format.
Let us know what kind of phone system you’ll use to play your message. This information helps us ensure that we provide your finished recording in the right file format. If you know the file format, let us know. If you’re unsure, call us at 403-543-3333, and we will help you find out.
5. Choose your background music (MOH only).
You can choose from a wide range of music styles on our order form. Once you choose a style, you can listen to music clips from that style and make a selection that works best for you. 6. Include important information.
Let us know if you need us to make it a rush order! There’s a place to do that on our order form. You can also have us proofread your script and correct errors for a small fee.
